Emirates' new full Premium Economy Experience

Announced in May 2022, Emirates is now the only airline in the Middle East to offer a Premium Economy cabin. This new class option is truly spectacular, offering a unique flight experience incomparable to any other airline.

The main features of Emirates Premium Economy include:

1. Dedicated check-in: at Dubai International airport there will now be a dedicated check-in area for Premium Economy or customers can utilise one of the self-service check-in kiosks in the hall if more convenient.

2. Luxurious atmosphere: the new Premium Economy cabin offers quiet luxury from the moment you onboard the aircraft. The wood panel finish, comparable to Emirates Business Class, offers understated elegance and combined with comfortable seats designed for support with a 6-way adjustable headrest ensures a comfortable journey.

3. Comfortable seating: the cream-coloured leather seats offer a generous pitch of up to 40 inches, are 19.5 inches wide and reclines 8 inches into a comfortable cradle position with plenty of room to stretch out. The seat also features calf rests and footrests for additional comfort, in addition to other luxurious touches such as easily accessible in-seat charging points and a side table.

4. Amenities: Soft, sustainable blankets are provided alongside a generously sized pillow so you can relax or sleep during your flight. Customers are also provided with complimentary amenity kits which come in reusable bags and with many items made from recycled or sustainable materials.

5. Dining: Taking inspiration from Emirates' world-renowned business class, all customers are welcomed with a welcome drink. A generous meal made with seasonal ingredients and regional influencers will be served. The drinks menu also included a premium selection of wines and a sparkling Chandon wine. Liqueurs are also offered after meals alongside chocolate.

6. Entertainment at 40,000 feet: One of Emirates' best qualities, each seat offers a 13.3” screen, one of the largest of its class, to enjoy the vast selection of up to 5,000 channels of music, movies, tv and news on Emirates’ award-winning ICE.

The new Premium Economy experience will be located at the front of the main deck on a four-class Emirates A380with 56 seats laid out in a 2-4-2 configuration. If flying on the Emirates Boeing 777, there will be up to 24 Premium Economy seats installed in a dedicated cabin section between Economy and Business.
