The AI programme consists of continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the Cassava Terrace restaurant. During lunch & dinner wine is offered. Continental breakfast can be taken in room from 06:30-10:00. Also at the disposal of the AI guests is the Beach Grill (casual), the gourmet restaurant Otaheite (Jamaican/Caribbean cuisine, dinner only, reservation required) and the Heliconia Grill restaurant (Mediterranean, dinner). Snacks are also available. Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the Terrace bar, the pool bar, the beach bar, the piano bar, the Nude beach bar, the Reggae bar and the Otaheite bar.
