Saigon Bar: The outdoor terrace and a stylish interior with striking monochrome photography by Mai Loc, a renowned local photographer, lure you in for light bites and to imbibe from a curated collection of handcrafted cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages. Come Fridays and Sundays, enjoy a songbird performance complemented by the melodious tinkling of ivory keys played by our resident pianist.
