Mama Shelter settles Operations of the hotel chain will be undertaken by Accor Hotels

The hotel will offer 201 rooms and 80 residences as well as a gastronomic restaurant, a rooftop bar and a lobby bar, a coffee house, a volleyball court, a basketball court and a swimming pool.
