Guest Rooms
Palmscape Rooms: These guest rooms are 55 square metres with 1 king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a dressing room, a walk-in shower, and a stand-alone bath. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony where you can be emersed in the views of the iconic Palm Island.
Seascape Rooms: Like the Palmscape Rooms, these guest rooms are 55 square metres in size and have 1 king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a dressing room, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub. However, this room has outstanding views of the Arabian Sea.
Suites
Sky Pool Villa: This villa is 188 square metres and has 1 king-size bed. There is a large living and dining room, with a separate pantry and two bathrooms. Guests can swim in their own private infinity pool and relax in the sun loungers perfectly placed to overlook the ocean.
Sky Terrace Suite: This villa is 117 square metres in size and has 1 king bed. With contemporary living spaces, 24-hour butler services, and an option of two-or three-bedroom rooms, this villa will provide an ultimate stay. Guests can relax on the terrace whilst looking at Dubai’s skyline.
Junior Sky View Suite: The Junior Sky View Suite is 78 square metres in size and again has 1 king bed. There are only 8 of these suites and all contain breathtaking views over the Dubai Skyline and Palm Island. Perfect for couples, these suites have a marble bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, with luxurious room amenities.
Signature Penthouses
Royal Mansion: With 1,128 square metres and can sleep up to 9 adults and 4 children, this 4-bedroom penthouse is the home away from home and perfect for families. There is a private foyer with olive trees and sky-high ceilings. For facilities, there is a library, a bar area, an infinity pool, and an outdoor kitchen, great for an evening gathering under the stars.
Panoramic Penthouse: A 520 square metre 2 bedroom penthouse that can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children, the Panoramic Penthouse has a lounge area, a 14-seater dining room area, a panoramic infinity pool that wraps around the terrace, and an exclusive outside eating area.
Horizon Penthouse: The 261 square metre 1-bedroom penthouse features 1 king bed, a private terrace and infinity pool, an art deco-inspired bar, and glamourous living spaces. From this penthouse, guests can spectate over both the Arabian Sea and Palm Island.
Skyscape Penthouse: 185 square metres and split into two floors, the top floor has a terrace, a private infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen and dining table, and an outdoor lounge area whilst the bottom floor features an indoor living and dining room area with a separate pantry.

The celebrity restaurants include Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Jaleo by Jose Andres, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, La Mar by Gaston Acurio, Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis, The Little Venice Cake Company, and Nobu by the Beach.
