Our voyage commences in Bordeaux, where you’ll get to spend three days to explore the illustrious wine capital of the world. Visit the city's ancient Roman origins and delve into its prestigious vinicultural heritage. From the celebrated vineyards of the Left Bank to the exquisite whites of the Right Bank, Bordeaux's diverse terroir and winemaking techniques have earned it global acclaim. The quiet charm of the countryside makes Bordeaux one areas most beloved by the French. See why!

Continuing your journey, we arrive in Lisbon, which we’ve arranged for two overnights, and three days for exploration. The city has experienced a tech boom that has attracted a youthful energy and piqued international interest. In the capital, you can experience the country's diverse viticultural landscape with samples of the renowned Port wines of Porto and savor the unique Vinho Verde from the Minho region. Be sure to savor any of the cod dishes and pasteis de nata dessert, and walk it off with a stroll along the blue river or up the hilly old town. Beautiful ocean views reward your efforts as you climb every summit.

Next, we venture to Seville, where you have another three days to explore the vibrant energy of the capital of Andalusia. Amidst the Spanish-Moorish architecture, with Jewish influences and a joie de vivre of the streets, we’ll indulge in the world wines. If you haven’t heard of tempranillo wines or the Rioja region, now is your chance to discover a wine that naturally matures quicker, producing high-quality wines. Sherry is mostly produced in Jerez, a city famous for an old Arabic horse culture, flamenco and a provincial lifestyle. Embrace the soul-stirring art of flamenco, whose pulse is most strongly felt in Seville.

Finally, our voyage concludes in Barcelona, a metropolis that blends modernity with an appreciation for tradition. A walk down Las Ramblas is a must, as is visiting Gaudi’s architectural wonders.
