Itinerary
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival
Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh City Airport, you will meet your guide and driver and travel by car to your hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City
You will leave early in the morning heading towards the Cu Chi Tunnels, located one hour from Ho Chi Minh City. Originally dug by hand by the Viet Minh (Resistance force) during the French Indochina War, this network of underground tunnels was expanded during the Vietnam War. At its peak, it was 200-kilometers long, 3-to-4-meters deep and was very well equipped, including meeting rooms and medical and sanitary posts. Today it is one of the largest historical sites of the Vietnam War. You will begin the visit by watching a documentary on the tunnels and the war in the 60s-70s, then you can pass through various narrow underground ducts in order to discover the rooms: offices, kitchens, meeting rooms, weapons stores and even hospitals. At the end of the tour you will have the chance to taste the specialty of Cu Chi, the khoai my luoc (boiled cassava), a Vietnamese dish eaten daily during the war. After your visit, you will return to Ho Chi Minh City.

OPTION: Vietnamese Cooking Class at a Village of Organic Vegetables in Cu Chi
Your day will start with a two-hour drive to an organic vegetable village outside the city, where you will be introduced to delicious Southern Vietnamese cuisine. The beautiful house where your cooking class will be held has a large garden with a wide variety of vegetables and mushrooms. During the first hour, explore the garden together with your chef, who will explain the different types of vegetables and give you some basic information on how not only to cultivate them, but how to choose them for the cooking class. Then, start your cooking lessons and prepare your three courses. Your English-speaking chef will be happy to share with you his knowledge and passion for good food as you make your way through the delicious and fresh ingredients you picked and will soon enjoy!
After lunch, you will return to Ho Chi Minh City.

OPTION: Saigon by night on Vespa - Easia Signature
In the early evening you’ll be picked up at the hotel by your vintage Vespa driver and comfortably seated in the back of your Vespa, starting your discovery of Saigon after dark.
First stop will get you on a stylish rooftop venue to watch the sunset while sipping on your drink along with some snacks. Then continue your journey through the busy streets of Saigon and savor some yummy authentic seafood and the delicious Banh Xeo the way locals do.
Next, continue your ride into the night with a stop in a softly lit coffee shop with some amazing live Vietnamese music and the tour will end with the final stop at a lively bar where you can have a drink and listen to some more contemporary music, or even enjoy a dance! You will finally be escorted back to your hotel at the end of this exciting night tour.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - Phu Quoc
Today morning you will be picked up by your driver and travel to Ho Chi Minh City airport for your flight to Phu Quoc.
Upon arrival at Phu Quoc airport, you will be greeted by your driver and taken to your hotel. Then you will have time to rest and enjoy the beach.
